Fees are regulated by the Department of Medical Education & Research, Govt. of Punjab and BFUHS.

Mandated Fee Heads
- Tuition fee — Government quota (subsidised, as fixed by Govt. of Punjab)
- Tuition fee — Management quota (as notified under the Punjab Private Health Sciences Educational Institutions Act)
- Hostel accommodation charges (per annum)
- Security deposit (one-time, refundable)
