Our Story

Healing and Teaching Since 2011

The White Medical College & Hospital — popularly known as THEWMCH Pathankot and formerly Chintpurni Medical College & Hospital — was founded in 2011 in Village Bungal on Dalhousie Road, Pathankot. It is a self-financing medical educational trust affiliated to Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS), Faridkot and approved by the National Medical Commission (NMC) / Medical Council of India (MCI).

The campus combines a 750-bed multi-specialty hospital with an MBBS programme of 150 seats a year — four and a half years of study plus a one-year compulsory rotatory internship.

Our goal is zero errors during every hospital stay: strong infection-control, emergency and critical-care protocols that help patients recover faster with fewer complications.
